All the sessions were baseball focused, and encompassed evidence based studies and concepts based around increasing athletic performance through teaching the mind to work as effectively as possible.

I spent nine months working under a professional mental performance coach who was a former olympian, mlb draft pick and record holding division one baseball player. I did weekly sessions with him focusing around teaching the brain to embrace the moment and focusing on goal setting.
For a day I was given the opportunity to hear players from the US and Canadian womens olympic hockey teams talk about their mental approach and how they view competition, among other things.
For many years I've had the opportunity to pick the brains of many professional athletes of all sports but specializing specfically in baseball. I've talked to dozens of MLB players, draft picks, overseas pro players and hundreads of high level division one and collegiate players. Most notably this summer I got to talk with Angels closer Ben Joyce after one of his rehab outings. What this has provided me is the ability to see first hand what mental performance methods, skills, practices and systems tend to be the most effective and widespread among these high level athletes.
